First off: My awesome GQMF Starfleet pin finally arrived the other day in time for school to start, so here it is on my letter jacket with my other pins.

Now I've been reorganizing the book.movie shelf I have in my closet and as a result I've been messing around with my Star Wars and Star Trek action figures.

Somehow this just feels right. It also feels like it needs a catchy theme song about crimefighting partners or something.

Starfleet's Angels?

Kirk uses his good looks and that (pretend) soft focus camera effect to charm Princess Leia.

Han is not so dazzled however, and politely and respectfully asks Kirk to stop.

You know, the relationship between Threepio and Artoo is a lot like the one between McCoy and Spock. There's the logical emotionless one and the snarky one who frequently insults the logical one. And yet they're still deeper than friends.
